Keyweb massive power failure in DC3

For those using keyweb (erfurt, germany) and ran into their incredible polite message "Sorry the helpdesk is temporary closed" i can tell that this is because they had a massive power failure this afternoon; in the aftermath (when services where returned for over a few hours already) they decided another maintenance was needed and just turned off all servers without proper notification to their customers.

As they close their helpdesk when they have massive issues it is even impossible to contact them.

So now we just waiting for our 1 server in this facility to come back online, and probably move it out in the coming months as well (depending on our customers located in this facility).

this unannounced maintenance (where they claim the did shutdown the servers, which is to be frank not true; they just pulled the plug again). has been fixed for us; although from their message in the support portal their technicians are still busy fixing some servers which didn't get back online.
