netdirekt down again ?

My server is almost down.
It keeps going up and down but in general it's very slow.
Same applies to resellers like dynaceron and veeble.

They are having problems with their network so a little network outage and the show goes on

Also they promised it's gonna be resolved today.

It's my fault, I should have taken netrouting offer over netdirekt's one.
The greed of the bandwidth and ram desire made me blind.
I admit it, you get what you are paying for.
This is like my 3rd time to have hours of down time in the first month of my subscription and I just paid them another month so I can't move somewhere else.
Right now, I am very disappointed at netdirekt.

well the downtime did not exceed 15 minutes but still it's a downtime and it's not supposed to happen but to be honest i have been with netdirekt over 6 months and i guess you get what you pay for.

maybe it just happened that when you started working with them they had those problems but for the past 6 months everything was stable, at least not like the provider i was with before .. my hard drive was damaged 3 times at the same year : )

if the problems end today then everything will be fine .. but if it will continue to be like that ppl will start to get pissed off i guess.

My server is down for almost an hour an it's still down, not just 15 minutes.
And I agree with you about getting what I paid for.
However, if the down time rate remained that high, I will move when my 2nd month subscription ends because a down server is unusable to me even if it's cheap and below my budget.

did you contact netdirekt cos my servers are up again and the outage did not last more than 15 minutes there might be individual issue with your server they should deal with.

check here it says all ok except 10% packet loss at some locations so i'm wondering why your server is still down.

This should be closed, my server is back online.
Hopefully I wont see down time again soon.

I wasn't pissed off till now, but I started to get too.
This is getting to much often, without notice, and it's like they don't plan on doing something to prevent such issues.

I think you are able to do that yourself from their access panel.

Not exactly. I'm using reseller's server (Dynaceron). He's completely offline for 2 hours from now. Phone says "invalid number dialed". This is the bad part.

Isnt netdirekt supposed to be a really good host?
I was about to order 3 or 4 Servers at netdirekt for my new project.
What do you guys think? should I go for them? I need the servers located in Germany, must be 1Gbit line, unmetered bandwith..
Which host would you suggest me?

Right now I have OVH and netdirekt in my mind.

Netdirekt is down again and is terrible. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

OVH > netdirekt, but maybe you should look @ hetzner.
I heard good things about them, but the setup fee is holding me from trying them.

Pm me with your server main ip, customer email and customer phone number. And we will get you access to the customer panel for netdirekt. You just have to ask for!

Too many downtimes lately, hope everything gets fixed.
