My server is down and I can't load their site to open a ticket

For your personnal information,
We do a coupel verification and the main issue comming from DiverseWeb NameServer.

Thay do some modification on the nameserver.
The new name server is:

ns1.diversedesign.info
ns2.diversedesign.info

But the domain not pointing on the main ip. They only pointing on ns server.

If we continue verification, all the information are correct for the domain diversedesign.info but no response from the IP adresse. Look a DNS or Web server Down.
