I have problems days in magmahost.com, whmreseller not hawe valid licence...days,now the Service status shows lfd failed and sites are offline,before dat nothing work on whm/cpanel...I tried to contact them by mail, ticket,on wht pm, but no answer,has some hawe any information what's happening in the magmahost.
server with problems is cp01.lond03.uk.ltt.net

From the sound of it the server is no longer being monitored. LFD is part of the firewall so if that's failed the server is now more open to attack.

Grab your backups while you can still get access. If they're not renewing licences they may not be renewing the server either, so it could shut down anytime.

yes for main acc,but my resellers hawe problems,my luck hawe only two small resellers ,I am Idot I have a servers mine but no uk lokation because I took of them, the only thing I can say people do not order on magmahost.com and i think dat hawe networks of sites hy manage ltt.net(I'm not sure for real name)and working on the sheme/principle of magmahost.com

You are not alone, me too, my tickets with took several days! Only to find out that they have closed support tickets without providing an answer to issues.

Then when I got finally pissed, I asked them, what's happening to support, and you know what answer they provided me,
"What issue are you experiencing?"
On the other hand, for $1/month hosting, what do you expect!!!

Pay a little bit more and you will be getting better services with bigger hosting companies.

Legal Action is not a Viable choice, I would be amazed that you would try and sue for such cheap hosting don't get me wrong I understand that its a pain but unless you have the connections and possibly even in the same country as the owner you might have alot of trouble.

Legal action won't get you nowhere considered the value involved. As suggested, get your data by any chance and move out immediately.

When you do a google search on Magmahost you actually come across a few sites that explain a few things.

Someone that appears representing the company stated that the WHM license error is common and not their fault nor any indication of an invalid license.

And you may be on a legacy machine.

However if you can't get support tickets answered that's pretty much the end of the road.

See what its not expired... It's not invalid...
