Hello,

My VolumeDrive server seems to be offline for over an hour now

Anyone else experiencing trouble?

Are they hosted in Chicago? Steadfast has been down all morning.

My VPS is down since yesterday 04:30PM GMT -03:00
Waiting a solution, but they said that it was a hardware problem.

All my client as conclaiming like crazies and I still have no solution.

Anyone else has passed trought it with volumedrive before ?

You do not seem to be a direct client of ours but rather indirectly through a reseller or a dedicated server node. In addition, your support ticket from earlier seems to be related to an IP that is not even on our network. Please advise.

Yup down from my end too, so is my server. I wonder whats happening ? Some network issues ?

Josh or Jeff around to respond ?

Quick edit: some sort of rerouting that is happening as informed by Josh.

My server is still down or not stable. My pingdom SMS came like 20 times with a server so I had to recharge the credits. Get new switches volumedrive!

There was some latency during a internal network re-route and was non-switch related. Everything is now stable, if you are having any issues, please open a support ticket.

My server is offline and no response over 1 hour. It is often offline at the weekend and it is difficult to caught Josh and get help.

Your server was rebooted in a timely fashion. Please always submit a new ticket to support@volumedrive.com and we'll promptly respond.
