I have reseller account with magmahost.com . All servers are down since more than 4 days!

The clients area (magmahost.com/my)works fine, but they don't respond to any support tickets..

I sent email to admin@magmahost.com and andy@magmahost.com, but with no response..

If any one know that owner or any one related, please give me his/her contacts.

Try a search on them on this forum. There are tons of similar complaints. Good luck.

Try also for "Yomura".

Is anybody knows how to reach magmahost support? I had a ticket with them since 4 days now.
I want to move from them, but my cpanel password has changed, I can't login, I can't transfer.
I'm lucky, because only one account with them

If your website is still reachable, try to take as much data as you can.. "can't login" is much better than "not-found"

My cpanel is running with no downtime but my password has changed and can't login.

If there using whmcs as there billing system (Looks like they are)
You can usually change your cpanel password on the my products details page,
Then you can change it to a password you know and login and get your backups ;-)

I've logged in to WHMCS and now I know why can't I login!
They have suspended my account!!! Why? strange company.

Check your my emails tab see if they sent you a email why they suspended you ;-)

For sad, I didn't catch the up-time glitch!
I was just 1.5 hours..

I've checked, there is nothing about why am I suspended.
But my last bill is stated as unpaid in my control panel.
But I'm paid it on the due date!!!

Money for nothing (chicks for free)

I asked for a refund from 2checkout, the gave me partial refund. I am sure that any one how have paid anything for magmahost will be refunded; because they don't reply to refund emails!

they closed my last ticket with no reply and the server on which my sites where hosted never came back online.

I restored everything on another host from a backup, but their site is still accepting orders, which is unacceptable.
