HostPC down for anyone else?

None of my websites or mail for any of my domains work on my shared HostPC account. Also, the server status link at hostpc.com/support does not work

Anyone else having problems?

There is information on the hostpc site that they were moving to some new hardware for certain servers. My guess is you were one of the folks who got moved.

Yeah it most of been that because its Up for me.
It's just you. hostpc.com is up.

About a week ago, I had a horrible time trying to get an answer from their help desk, too. It seems like they've been changing some things at hostpc recently. Their phones aren't active, their live chat doesn't work and no one returns emails you send via the submission form there. When I submitted a help desk ticket, they were (as usual) useless. Not the first time I've had problems with them either. If you're looking for customer service, I'd move my stuff to a different host asap. Even
Joe's old support system at Yareo is gone. Sad that these guys can continue taking orders when the support they advertise is a blatant lie.
