Not to me, loads fine, we monitor servers every 1 minute and none has been reported as down.

We had a few things show offline for about 2-3 min. BUt all came back really quick, may have just been from one provider.

I'm having issues connecting to some Softlayer Dallas servers.

This is coming in from West Coast Canada though.
