OpticGrid -- cPanel/WHM unlicensed?

I have no access to my OptiGrid sites. The sites are up and running, but I have no cPanel or WHM access -- Not even when I go in through the customer control panel.

Tech support answered support ticket in 10 minutes and had it fixed ten minutes later. Thanks
