BurstNET Planned Network Maintenance/Upgrade

BurstNET® Network Engineers will be performing upgrades/maintenance on several of there aggregate switches in there Scranton facility over the next two weeks. These upgrades are part of our planned network capacity upgrade that is expected to be completed by mid-October.

The upgrade/maintenance schedule is as follows:

Thursday, September 23rd, 10PM–12AM EST - (2) 10-minute outages for each of the following devices:
AGG01.SCTN01.HOSTNOC.NET
AGG02.SCTN01.HOSTNOC.NET


Thursday, September 30th, 10PM–12AM EST – (1) 20-minute and (1) 10-minute outage for each of the following devices
AGG03.SCTN01.HOSTNOC.NET
AGG04.SCTN01.HOSTNOC.NET

During these maintenance windows, users may see brief outages and periods of latency.

Any chance it's happening right now 8PM EST? I'm getting hardcore packet loss.

You should contact BurstNET support. My server(s) on agg02 are fine. Which one is yours on? (use tracert to find out)

Any chance you could post a copy of the email? I didn't get it.

I did find their post on the forum, posted ~30 hours before a 'planned' maintenance window, with the wrong time posted on it.
