Can't get into WHM. Gives this error:

Thank You for installing cPanel / WHM.
In order to access the interface, you will need to make sure that the software license on this server is active and installed.

Your license could not be activated because:

=======================================

Cannot Read License File
First, go to http://verify.cpanel.net/ and enter the public IP address of this server to make sure it is licensed.
If licensed, try running /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt from the command line as root.
You'll also need to make sure that port 80 is open to contact our license server and that your server's hostname is a FQDN.
If you don't currently have a license, you can obtain a trial license by registering at the cPanel Store and requesting a trial under Free Services.

You can purchase/lease a license directly from cPanel or from one of our Partners

Once the license on this server is active, you will no longer see this message. If you have installed a license since loading this page, click here to reload.

=======================================

Cpanel gives this error:

=======================================

This server is currently not licensed. Please contact the server administrator. Other services available on this server such as web services are likely functioning normally. (Cannot read license file)

=======================================

Been like this for a few days now. Sent a message via the online chat feature, and also an email, but no reply. Normally support is very quick, so I'm guessing something is wrong?

Is anyone from Aquarius Storage around? Need to set up and complete a site today, but can't even make a new account

Also notice the live chat is no longer even a link.

Just tried to verify the cpanel license, getting this:

expired/deactivated by ******** on 2010-09-04 13:06:50.

Does this mean my clients have been without cpanel for 20 days?!

Indeed, it does.

I can't say that I'm surprised - Ryan has been caught here on WHT a few times lieing and called out on it. I'll see if I can't get a hold of him but I can't make any promises.

Thanks for the reply. Then it is no wonder why one of them had logging in troubles!

I left work early so I could finish a website for a client. Looks like it will have to wait!

I've also submitted another support ticket.

I've also sent him/them a PM on here. However last WHT login date was 09-03-2010. Last twitter post by AquariusStorage was on 09-03-2010 aswell.

The company has gone downhill, haven't seen/heard from Ryan in awhile. He must be quite busy at college Anyways, I would suggest calling them 877.884.3693 (not sure if anyone will answer)
