xenSmart + PCSmart Brands - Planned Downtime 02/10/2010

This is a quick reminder to any of our customers who may have missed our email notifications regarding the planned maintainence this Satuday at 00:00.

Our UK datacentre (Spectrum House - RapidSwitch) are carrying out essential planned maintainence on the power systems between the hours of 00:00 and 08:00 on Saturday 02/10/2010. All customer systems (Web Hosting, VPS + Dedicated Servers) including our company websites will be unreachable during this period.

We hope to be online and operational in a shorter time than an 8 hour window, and I will be in-office and on-call for the duration to ensure you are up and running as soon as possible.

We will be giving progress updates of servers as they come online on our status blog at www.pcsmarthosting.net as best as possible.

Thanks for your understanding, and again appologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

All of our servers are now up, if your VPS are not already up they will be shortly.
