Trying to access the BURST VPS login page, which I was on only minutes ago. But now it's not loading.. mine and others' websites are down too.

BurstNET is not down.

I take it you mean that you cannot access your VEPortal login page?

In which case, have you raised a ticket with BurstNet?

This is not BurstNET support.

Open a support ticket and stop posting outright lies on WHT. Our network is up. We are not down.

Threads like this enrage me.

Agreed. Many people do not even do any troubleshooting on their own before coming here and claiming "oh no, my provider is down"...

BurstNet has been up all night and day for us. Do you have poof of it going down? It seems like you're the only one that is getting downtime?

make me think to ask Check you're own VPS about this issue.

Not really a way to speak to your customers is it?
and if there wasn't something wrong then I wouldn't be posting here, yes you may not have been down indefinitely, but there was definitely something going wrong...

I can easily say that's no way to treat your host. You really think the instant you have trouble that the best course of action was to run to WHT and post "BURST DOWN" ?.. "

There MAY have been something wrong with your server/service, or in the route you were taking to get to us. However, unless you open a support ticket there's no way for us to troubleshoot it.

As we stated, we were never down, and your post still has no merit. Did you open a ticket with us? Could you PM it to me so I can take a look at what happened and post it here?

Think the OP has an issue with his specific VPS or server since all of my vps and dedicated servers are up.

Customer or not, you should be prepared to justify your alegation that Burst was down.

I was the first person to reply to your thread. FYI, the reason it took me half an hour to reply was because I was on www.burst.net pricing up a server, so I can categorically tell you that Burst was not down. Plus our monitoring of our stuff at BurstNET USA and BurstNET UK both show 100% uptime. (1-minute intervals from 3 separate locations, and I include UK because you don't even say which part of Burst you thought was down).

Before you posted, did you:

1) Try pinging your VPS

2) Try a tracert to your VPS to see if the problem was local to you, Burst, or somewhere in between

3) Use a free service like http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ to test a couple of your sites

Honestly, the only "BURST DOWN" around here is probably BurstNET_CSM feeling a bit down or depressed at having to deal with this sort of stuff on a regular basis.

this is the outages and updates section.

off topic posts removed.

if the OP wants it reopened, he can open a ticket.
