Looks like there's a nice routing look going on there. I can get on their web-site fine from here (UK) and I'm not seeing the same routing loop:

The server is back up now and we have just received the following

We had an severe outage on VZ13E5620 earlier today which we did manage to fix a few moments ago without losing any data.
