Delimiter Frankfurt down for several hours!

No responding on tickets, on the "Network Issues" page there are no updates listed for a few hours.

I hope they fix it soon..

I have important information on it. I know when I bought there service there will be downtime, but didnt expect this!

Incase anyone has not had a response yet - just heard back from them:

All their locations seem to have problems lately (UK, NL, DE), my conclusion is that they are not paying the bills. Vague reasons and clear lies all the time. Move your things if you still can.

According to my monitoring software, as of 07:16 BST:

The previously detected errors for http://<removed>.btcentral.org.uk:

* Could not get a response from the server before timing out (10 seconds).
* The server could not be reached.

is now resolved after 13 hours, 10 minutes of downtime.

At least now you know why delimiter was so cheap in the first place. Their support is junk. Actually it's 28 hours downtime.

also experienced lots of downtime in the last 30 days. 8 hrs on Oct 28th and 5 hrs so far today and still down. My server was bought in San Jose USA location. Somehow, on my VPS CP it says Atlanta USA now. Very strange.

Also, from that support ticket posted up there, it seems they are copy pasting generic replies to everyone. I am moving ASAP. here was the reply I got:

They didn't even answer my question. I replied asking more and they never replied since last time. Good thing I backed up my server... I am moving the first chance I get!

Down again for 12 hours now! Location Frankfurt.. It wouldt mind if they responded or updated me through tickets, but they do not reply..

If delimiter read this, PLEASE FIX IT!

yes, they moved their machine but they were not automatically informed to the customer about the new ip. Solution end a (new) ticket and they will tell about your new ip.

they moved my vps onto an other node -> new ips! :-)
but now my postgresql doesn't work anymore :-( and the vps was not at the newest status (had mails in my inbox that were one week old and they were marked as unread.. )

@onel0ve - open another one in the "Outage report" section. Today I got an answer within one hour! ;-)

Frankfurt still down, bandwith bill not paid.

run while you can and take your money.

I lost $450 dollars and no answer for a refund
