What is the deal with Galaxy Visions Hosting? My server has been down for over an hour again. They do not answer their phone lines and I can not open a ticket using their website because their website is down as well.

what else is new! tired of the BS from these guys. Moving DCs is a such a major pain the ass!!!!!

I told myself that I will give them another chance. Last time they said they lost power and couldn't get their UPS to the Data Center connected. Since their last outage they have been down many times but very short durations but now it's been almost 2 hours so far. When you call their support line you get VM is full. Can not open an online ticket because their own site is also down.
On top of this crap they dare to advertise fortune 500 on their website. What a joke....

So sick of these Mother Fs, this is the 4th time this week. Thank god couple of times it was in the middle of the night.
My house has more reliable network than these jerks.

our nagios is reporting 5h 36m 45s of downtime already this month.
im sick of the outage alerts
will be cancelling our server... if their website ever comes back up.
