This is just a pro-active notice to our customers. We did send out an email to clients about emergency maintenance today several hours ago, but I wanted to post here also since our ticketing system and website will be off during this period as well. We are working on some emergency RAID/NAS issues and have Foxtrot and Alpha (as well as some of our internal systems) temporarily offline as we replace hardware. A very tiny percentage of our clientbase is affected. DO NOT WORRY - all data is safe (several backups available, but resorting to backups shouldn't be necessary) and downtime should not exceed 1-3 hours. We apologize for any problems this unexpected event may cause our clients and your business is, as always, very much appreciated.
