My VPS at DMEHosting.com is down for 12 hours

My VPS at DMEHosting.com is Down and no ticket respond from Support.

Attempt to access my VPS via HyperVM give error message "The VM () Doesn't Exist on openvz102.dmehosting.com. If you have migrated the vps, you can manually change the server in the database using the below, Or restore from backup."

I submit ticket to DMEHosting's Support @10/19/2010 04:00.
now, no any respond from DMEHosting.

I don't get it. A single vps is down and you opened a support ticket and posted at the same time? Or was the ticket opened at 4am?

I Submit ticket to Support @ 10/19/2010 04:00, and support team reply my ticket @ 10/19/2010 17:19.

HI can I suggest you to email david@dmehost.com he is the best person or phone them or go on chat to them

or use their forums I dont like their service
