OpticGrid Dallas Server -- Is anyone else having problems?

I don't know what is going on, but the Dallas server is terribly unreliable right now.

My sites are up and down, but at best, when they are up, they are so sluggish they are unusable.

I left a ticket over 3 hours ago, but still no reply and no service.

I know it is not just me:
I checked here: http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com with several sites back-to-back. Some are up and down, others seem never to come up.

My sites went down a bit before 9 am. I ran some errands and came back to find it still down. I ran some tests to make sure it was not my ISP, but found the problem was at the server. I created a ticket about 9:40 am. I tried calling several times, but no one answered the phone. At 2:36 pm, I finally reached a person at tech support. By 2:50PM the problem was fixed, at least for now.

I am very disappointed. It took 5 hours to reach someone again. This is becoming a pattern.
