OpticGrid Dallas Server - My Sites down again!

My sites are down again and I have no response from ticket and no one answers telephone.
Anyone else having problems?

Mine was down at 7am eastern time again. It is 7:26 now.
No answers no replies no website. |

I thought I'd inform everyone that we check this forum on a week to week basis. Posting that the server is down here will not catch our attention. Please open a support ticket first. |
