Netrouting outage

Posted by Garikus, 10-28-2010, 11:22 AM
Hello,

I'm watching issues with netrouting network at this moment (no ping at all), but other part of the network seems to work fine (yisp segment).

No support can be given at that time.

Do you know what has happened?

Thanks.

Hi,

I spoke with someone from Netrouting and he told me; looks like something wrong with some ports on the blade of the router.

We are waiting for an update.

We do not have any problems so i guess only a few clients in the Netrouting network are having problems. A blade seems like a logical explanation in this case.

We are down for 1 hour. It sounds that we will be down for at least few more hours.

One of the blades in our coreswitch went to failsafe due to overheating. We've resolved the cooling issue and re-activated the blade. Just to be sure we've got 2 techs on-site to monitor the situation.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused! The office number and live support were available to customers and support will be available all night for any further information.
