Easyspeedy.com down for almost 2 hours now

I was AFK, I noticed this almost 2 hours ago.
All the network, including hxxp://easyspeedy.com itself, is unreachable.

Their phone +45 4594 1401 doesn't answer either.

Considering that this is wake up time in USA (my main market), I can already estimate a $120-$150 loss so far...

Should I expect to loose the whole weekend? Did they ever fix global weekend outages timely?

Update: their main site came up about 10 minutes ago, I can access my control panels, but my servers are still unreachable (even though they're both reported running and online).

I've just tried to reboot one of them...
It's up again, albeit very slow.

The other one is still unreachable. Trying to reboot it as well...
No dice, it 's not up yet after 5 minutes.

For more than two hours easyspeedy.com itself has been unreachable, so neither email nor their ticket system was an option.

Have you got other contact means to suggest?

Anyway my 2nd server finally came up, even though the whole network still seems very slow.

Maybe they're gradually recovering from a massive network breakage... Some feedback (an email sent to all the affected customers, which are likely 100%) would be appreciated, though.

In the meanwhile, while I was panicking, I bought a Halloween special server by Joe, which seemed very convenient (hope it's not a scam).
