Anyone else seeing some nasty things going on with The Planets network?

I'm trying to submit a trouble ticket and I'm seeing page that says:

"Oops! We are currently experiencing network difficulties".

I'm trying to call now...

I'm getting a busy signal on the number I'm calling. Unsure to confirm if it's the correct one or not as their main page won't load either.

Yeap, that looks like the correct number - most likely hundreds of others are trying to get through as well.

I believe there support number is 866-325-0045 then press option #2

Network issues confirmed.. have 10 servers down at the same time right now ...

I too am experiencing issue with their network right now. Hopefully they will have this resolved quickly.

Yes seems to be resolved now. From "Theplanets" twitter "With CAR15 rebooted, the outage appears to be mitigated"

The bad part of all of this is I have a server at TP and a virtual host with hostgator for some utility stuff TP just denied that they had any problem at all! I have the screen shot of the ticket, it is sad that they will deny this. I have had five networking outages in the past moth, while some have been short they are still an outage.
