Network issues with Hetzner?

Anyone else seeing packet lost with Hetzner?

Looks like they added highwinds as outbound transit, I'm getting 20% packet lost through highwinds network.

I'm seeing random packet lost in DC12 and DC13.

Yes, me too. 20 to 40% loss at random, have you filed support ticket?

Yes, they told me to boot into rescue mode to see if that fixes it..

... ?

We are currently seeing the same timeouts, servers in DC12 are reachable but DC13 is not responding at all since +/- 25 min.

Issue seems to be on all the DC1*

DC13 server is reachable for me but packet loss is high, 20-40% same with DC12

We have had slow speed, no packet loss in DC11 so far.

are there still any issues?
We have lost one of our routers in Frankfurt, and rerouted traffic around the defective hardware?

I still see packet loss - please address asap.

Edit: it has improved - now it seems to be going good but will keep a watch.

if there is any issue left, a mtr in both directions would be helpfull to see more details.
We have a few links, running currently at high utilisation, due to we rerouted a biger fraction
of our traffic arround the problematic router. But there should be no
more high packetloss left. We are working on the faulty router, to get back to full speed during
the next few hours.
