Anyone else have servers with sharktech? all of our IPs are inaccessible and so is their site/support system.

Looks like they are down.

Looks like a DNS issue tbh..
The domain just isnt resolving.

DNS servers appear find, But IP connectivity to them seems borked.

Seems to be back up now, still waiting on an update from Sharktech though.
