yeah only in texas or probably somewhere as well I guess, having very bad route from rackspace! from NZ they are OK though. Check with just-ping.com

Update: looks ok now though but up and down!

We purchase IP Transit from CWIE, to answer your question. Around 6:10 PM PST our systems detected a high amount of latency to the network.

From what our internal Network Operations is telling me the issue was with Highwinds and was corrected with CWIE NOC. It took them about an hour to realize we were correct in our accusation. For the meantime, we have got them to shutdown Highwinds across the network until they receive an RFO. Our goal is to eliminate HighWinds entirely since well they can't manage a network to save their lives. (Many Many Issues).

They had a highwinds issue a week or two ago as well, sigh.

Perhaps CWIE should look into a real transit provider?

This will probably get removed but in case ya'll aren't hip to CWIE if they make any moves with HW it will be only to increase usage since it's cheap.
