my server in instantdedis.com had down on 11/15/2010 04:40.
first day,i think may be server will turn good soon.

sencond day(11/16/2010 05:40),I had to https://secure.nexeontech.com/~insta...orttickets.php and send a ticket about my server down:"my server cannot link and visit,please help me reboot it.thanks!".because there no 24*7 support!

on 11/16/2010 13:49,Staff tell me:"It has been rebooted"

on 11/16/2010 20:15,i had to said:"what wrong about server 74.121.***.***? it is down for two days!"

on 11/17/2010 10:30,Staff tell me:"We have tried rebooting your server several times. Please let me know if it is *still* unaccessible and we will have to hook up a IPKVM and manually troubleshoot it."

on 11/17/2010 18:34,i said:"yes,i can not visit and admin the server until now,please help me to resolve it,thanks!"

on 11/18/2010 23:04,Staff tell me:"Yes, we are troubleshooting using an IPKVM and will update you ASAP"

and now,the server is down still!

jgwy, I checked the notes and it seems your server was online multiple times. If you made configuration changes to cause the downtime, please let them know in the ticket.

We currently do not have any outages on any networks.

i donot do anything in server and i donot know what wrong in my server.

Can you perhaps tell us what the problem was and how you solved this? Was this a problem with you or instantdedis?
