Any one else know what is going on?

Two of our main servers at Ecatel are down for more then 2.5 hours. We're not getting any reply from them. Anyone else still problems ?

Hello,

The issue should be under control and your connection should be stable again, it is possible we do not reply to tickets instantly during (partial) network troubes because of the major amount of requests we receive during that time.

If you still have any troubles or questions, please do not hesitate to sent a PM.

We will also sent a official explanation per e-mail to all affected clients regarding this matter ASAP.

And ofcourse, our well mean apologies for the inconvenience.
