Quadranet / Pacific Rack

Our server is down and their sites are both down from here in NZ for a couple of hours - seem to be the same from various tracert.com sites. Can anyone confirm this? Their service has been rock solid for a good couple of years for us, so I almost expect it is my problem - although the tracert seems to point their way...?
