Since 40 minutes ago I lost 2 servers in netdirekt/leaseweb germany too.
EDIT: I said that in this thread because those two things may be correlated.

We have four servers in serverloft and all of them are down currently.

I have checked a few more servers in Serverloft DC and they are all down, it seems like a big interruption of the network this time.

Note: Traced the Ip and cant even get to the 6th hop...

I am investigating to have server with serverloft.
Do you suggest them? how much uptime do you have?
Can I rely on their network?
What about their support and response time?

thank you

Support is non existing, network is excellent.

Thank you,
what do you mean by support non existing?
they didn't answer to any ticket?

They answer but dont help at all, they dont provide support about server stuff but if anything at their side fails then they will help, if you broke something you need to fix it by yourself, for example if you upgrade plesk and it fails to upgrade plesk key they wont help you get the plesk key, simple as that. Network is top notch. You have an emergency mode in your serverloft panel so if anything fails at the server (Running fsck etc) you can do it all by yourself. The control panel also have remote reboot and you have ipmi. Thats why you`ll need a server support tech to do the things for you or if you have knowledge you can do this by yourself.

Really appreciated for your response,
I found out exactly what I need.
I was just concern about hardware, network and infrastructures.

The outage was more as an hour (1 hour and a few minutes); and was related to a firmware bug in their routers; which has been reported to their network supplier. As for serverloft servers; they are fully unmanaged so you indeed do not get any support on your configurations ; although they provide a emergency rescue mode to contact to your server; or a ipmi interface, you cant expect from a unmanaged server provider they assist you with upgrading your software on your machine, if you need that; look for a managed provider.

Our company has switched from about 4 germany and 4 uk datacenters over the years because none of them provide near 100% uptime (like the USA datacenters).
Do not expect anything in Germany to compare to the states' infrastructure.
That being said, ServerLoft is the better of the ones we have tried. They still go down on average once a month for usually an hour here or there, and they always have minutes here or there that are not good.
They probably are not to blame for it all either; could just be the surrounding hops in Germany are not as good as say USA locations.

We have dozens of datacenter locations and Germany is 2nd worst, to UK for the amount of network issues and/or downtime.
If you dont need these countries specifically dont use them.
