Their website is responding? Perhaps no response through e-mail, I'm assuming however you've tried by submitting a support ticket?

Do you have your own backups?

Once they are back up grab your files/database and RUN!!! to another provider

The uptime was ok before. But the last 6 months there where more downtimes than ever before. But nothing this extreme.

I will as soon they will get back. It is cheap and they where ok in the past but it is getting worse every month. Allready browsing for a different host.

I don't know why you say it's inaccessible, I'm on their site right now. It loads for me and the client area is available.

Perhaps your IP is blocked in their firewall? How are you sending the e-mail? You could attempt to use webmail of some sort to e-mail them, or access their website through a proxy or another connection to submit a ticket and report the issue.

I initially posted 6 mins after OP posted this thread, and site was responding at that time as well.

Looks like my ip is blocked in the firewall. Your comment about proxy got me to google it and now I am on their site. But that doesn't solve the problem that my sites are down. But will send them a ticket. Is it advisable to complain about my blocked IP? Or should I leave it?

Your sites are likely not down, just not available to you personally. I would advise you provide your IP address in the ticket you submit them, so that they can lookup their logs and advise you what the issue was or why it ended up in the firewall in the first place

Nice situation.. I can't acces my files probably due to the firewall. Wrote an e-mail from my webmail adress and added your suggestion to it. (Now I can acces their page through a proxy site but not submit the ticket. Hopefully they will respond this time and fix it soon. At least I could make a backup of my database... and after that...
