Dosprotect /Staminus Down? For Days??

Hi,

I having had troubles a lot with new hosting. I choose them because they affors DDOS hostings and have DMCA on spam lists. So I can run my vbulletin and stuff and its cheaper you know.

Companies website is www dosprotect dot com . I don't know for staminus what it is, I only pay dosprotect guy. Not sure if partners or how work.

Right now I have problem and you maybe can help. I have not been getting to my site for several past day's. They say that troubles are with Staminus??

Not sure if staminus is bad company but I am lossing my visitors to my sites and not making money. And its hurt to me.

Any suggestions or how to fix? They are down today again 4th time this week and I am doing bad.

Owners said last problems were :

"It ends up they made some mistake while installing OS and it shut down all ports.
I was staying whole night resolving this (it is hard when you cant access server) and happily everything is up and running by now."

And then another problem with DDOS host/staminus is:

"I will consider changing DC as what happened is not acceptable. I am sorry for all the problems caused by this, and I am asking all new future customers to hold up for few days, before we will decide if its time to move.
If so, I will do this avoiding any further downtimes, as I have chose alternative that is fully bulletproof, and trusted => all allowed.

The only answer really to explain why they are ruining my and my clients business was - "we can do reinstall". They are very unprofessional as for now.

As you can imagine I have no power to defend myself against all of this, as I am just renting server, I do not own DC.
As of now we need to wait for their move."

So I ask of yous, how can I fix this? Is there number I can call for staminus and yell. I am very upset - they are runing my business and livelyhood!!

On another note, it would be appreciated if your topics were not so exaggerative and incorrect. Staminus is not, and has not been down for days. You registered on the boards just to post this wildly incorrect thread.

Staminus is a great company, they will work with you and your personal needs, you just need to know what you want from the company. As for the phone number, it's on the staminus website as well as toro's sig.

Good luck and trust me, message them on their support site and they will work with you, they're human beings just like us and they will understand you.
