Is RouterHosting down?

My server at RouterHosting (204.45.55.6) is down for 45 minutes. Can't find their phone: http://routerhosting.com/ Entered support ticket, no reply yet. Does anybody else have the same problem? Does anybody know their phone number?

The issue has been resolved. Looks like the network was down for almost 4 hours, from 17:01 till 20:47 MSK (which is 8:01 AM till 11:47 AM CST). The server didn't reboot, it is up for 62 days.
