Hi,

It appears we are having some technical issues with our main website, I just want to ensure existing customers are not affected. And all customer services should be online and functioning.

Managing domains will be temporarily unavailable also.

Just to mention I'm posting this because our support/billing portal is unavailable during this unexpected downtime.

Customers are able to manage there domains via domains.hostestate.com as access to this section has been restored.

The reason for the outage was due to a massive incoming DDoS attack (900mbit/s with about 80,000 packets per second.)

We are working to restore access asap.

The outage is expected to last 6 - 8 hours. More information will be provided asap.

The attack is 70% of the original attack strength... We are migrating our billing and support systems as we speak...
