PhotonVPS - Network issues?

I'm unable to SSH to my PhotonVPS-hosted VPS. Pings are timing out most of the time:

Odd. Our Server from Photon VPS seems to be fine and your server seems to be fine on our end after pinging and doing a tracert.

Hmm, yeah, it seems to be working fine now. The VPS is only for backups and secondary DNS so it's not critical

the same problem here.
my 3 servers works very slow or time out
the same problem with a share plan of psychz

Try a tracert to it. If you're like Daniel15 above and using he.net (Hurricane Electric) to get to it they're having network issues at the moment.

i have no problem with trace, i test the servers with megaproxy.com and the same problem, time out

My vps with photon vps also have serious packet loss

One of our providers had issues which caused the issue you saw.
