Webexxpurts/TurboVPS issues

HIGH, I/O wait.

It's been growing for over 6 months hosting with them, now it's unbareable and they keep saying I don't know what I'm talking about that other VM's would have issues, etc.

My VM isn't even using all it's memory.

I threw in graphs of one of our old colocated systems with a single 7.2k sata2 drive.

I can't get my data, since end of december it's been so much I/O wait we can't access our data

This is causing us to loose customers, we can't get our data as mentioned and they refused to admit/name options such as my suggested letting me pay for dedicated disk usage has been continiously ignored and the ticket I made weeks ago after I imported my landlords site (Which took down my VM for 45 minutes importing a 80mb~ sql file) I realized oh hey their systems are nice but they must really be crowding the disks. I'll ask for another option instead of leaving. Dec 30th comes, bam nothing but downtime.

I tell them the systems unresponsive they reply once it's barely loading. Still when they say the systems fine cpanel takes about 10+ minutes to load, is that normal?

I'm near netriplex, they even asked if I'd be interested in being hired to manage their racks local to me. Yeah uh I don't work for idiots

Hello,

I have had ongoing problems with this host since I joined, I keep getting responses back about how outages wont happen all the time, then I got another outage 15 minutes later after receiving the email.. Ive logged 14 support tickets since ive joined with them back in October....

I am starting to lose customers myself... and beleive that I might need to start looking else-where.

We're looking for a 100% uptime solution.

Probably 16 cores with raid
