Dear PretonHost US2 clients,

At 1PM (GMT +8) , Tuesday 4th January 2011.

Our Server hard drive failed and we're in a process of restoring it back ASAP.

Our main site is also affected.

UK Server (SVR3) & Cloud (Scraton-PA) server are NOT affected.

You can email me personally @ prestonhost@gmail.com if you need urgent support.

Also, please keep updated on the server from our twitter.

We will also be offering compensation to all affected clients. Do await our email after our server is back up.

US2 Server Rebooted and is stable and fully up now.

Await for our email for all affected clients

All Affected clients for (US2) Server outage should have already received emails for us!

Do open a support ticket in Management department if you've not received any.
