Directspace server down

My VPS with them appears to be down as well as my friends dedicated server, there site's working fine but instant support and phone support aren't working either...

Yeah, my VPS with DirectSpace is down too.

Turns out they had a maintenance reboot today and it caused my VPS to become corrupted somehow. All data was gone. Not a big deal since I have backups, however, it's a bit frightening, especially when they state they don't know what caused it nor how to prevent it from happening again.
