LCWSoft Server Down

Has been down over 6 hours now and i can't seem to find out any info "why" and for how much longer.

Does anyone have any information on the situation??

Hello,

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. It appears that there was a temporary power drop which caused the server to shut down. Normally this would result in us receiving a notification from our monitoring system to investigate, but for some reason, we were never notified. Needless to say, that is in the process of being investigated as well.

The server has been booted up again and should be online shortly.

If you would like, you can send me your domain name to general@lcwsoft.com and I will see what I can do for you. We hate downtime as much as you do, and accept full responsibility for this, so we would like to do something good.
