"We apologize for the inconvenience. There is a network issue that is causing this. Our senior staff from our support and data center are currently on it and working hard to get things back to normal asap.
Unfortunately, I may not have an ETA for you but I assure you that our senior staff is working on this."

We faced a huge UDP DOS attack against our network. We have almost sorted it out and most of the servers are operating normally without the packets loss but we are still working on few other things to fix the problem completely.

It's day 2 of this network issue and my clients' sites and email has been down for over 18 hours. I just asked for a status update and was told the following:
2011-01-19/08:07:58
We do not have any more information at this time about the issue. The admins that are working on it are doing their best to find and fix the problem, but until they update us, we do not have any further information.
I can't tell my customers that I have no information. If anyone has any information, please post what you know and thank you.
