Hi,

Is NetRouting Down?
Can't access my servers.

Yes, i can confirm this. Looks like a router went down, but that is just a guess at this moment.

Any estimate on how long everything is going to be down?

I can confirm that our server located at Netrouting is also not responding.

All I know is that they are working on it but there is no ETA. Let's just hope for the best!

I'm sure Savvas or someone else of Netrouting's staff will post an update a.s.a.p. here if they know the reason of this downtime. We have to wait on this, speculations have no sense.

EDIT: On behalf of Netrouting I can post an update: It looks like there's something wrong with one of their blades which are responsable for the transport in their primary POP Alphen a/d Rijn. Other locations are online without any problems.

There is no ETA, but i know there are plenty of routers and spares in Alphen.

He didn't tell me, but Netrouting is on-site with 3 people to solve this issue a.s.a.p.

I hope all gets resolved as soon as possible.
To the customers of Netrouting: they are aware of it so try not to bother them with angry calls, it doesn't fix it any faster

They know what they are doing, that's the key of doing business with someone

Our server is also online, it wasn't a power issue for sure, I can see everything is as it was before the outage.
