Hello,

I am really upset to update here is that disk of our one of NL server has been crashed and hence its down, so our clients hosted on that server. We have started backing up and restoration process, but it would take extra time to get everything setup. We will try our best to get servers online as soon as possible. And, ofcourse, we are going to provide you some concession in your next month invoice. I would appreciate your assistance in this matter.
