The website vertexstorage.com is unreachable. Anyone facing a similar problem? No IP to domain. Emails get bounced. No support requests answered. No communication of their status. But sites hosted on their server are working. Any updates for the future for their clients will be appreciated? Thanks.

Their site are down, and my domains are down too!
Could you please provide your nameservers so i can fix my domains

vertexstorage.com is indeed not accessible.

Looking at those name servers, it seems they are ezpz reseller.

Both of the above IP-addresses responds to ping requests at least. Are customers and the hosting company's webpage all on the same machine?
