Hivelocity packet loss and network very slow

Hello , i am client on Hivelocity for more than two years , all is great until they change the Datacenter location , now all my servers ( 5 servers ) are affected by this issue , network is very unstable , all the days i am experience a very slow velocity on the network ,i cannot connect to rdp on my servers, and all the time i got packet loss , here you can see i am loss 34% of the packets:

Really i am very frustrated , all my servers experience this problem , now i am 1 month without solution , only solution they have to me , please be patient , we are working on this issue , but i am waiting 1 month for solution , i am pay for 5 servers , i loss a lot of money because i cannot work with my servers .

First i am notice this is an DDOS attack on the network:

We have no known issues. We have not been able to duplicate your problem. We did tracerts from all over the world and could not find the packet loss you describe. If you are still having any problem please update the ticket.

Yes , right now you don´t see packet loss, because it happen on certain hours , you can see the proof on the first post , a lot of packets loss , i am updated my ticket without response yet.
