Is colo4dallas or colo4 down ? Cannot access our websites or the colo4.com home pages for the last 45 minutes.

Are you able to reach colo4.com or colo4dallas.com ?

Same here, their website went down and then 10-15 mins later all of our servers did.

We are not aware of any specific issues at this time. Please send any traceroutes illustrating the problem to support@colo4.com

Our servers are down as well - they reside in Colo4Dallas data center..

Ok, it is up from Asia but down to some.

I have some report already from other clients.

It looks like it is up now. We can now access our servers and the colo4.com home page. Downtime was about an hour.

Looks like any traffic routed to c4d via Level3 died.
