hello

first i was coustomer for hostestate.com for like 5 month

it's was great and every thing is ok

but at 28/1 i found my server down i asked why they said they are transfering and they promise that every thing is ok

after 7 days down time they said sorry we can't find backup for your vps

i put replay they take like 2 - 5 days to answer on my ticket

and after 30 days down time they easly said your server is deleted and we don't have any backup for your vps

really i don't have any backups for my sites and if i have it's about year ago

last thing , they took from my mastercard like 25 for the server and i don't have any server or any thing .

really i am soooooooo saaad

my sites >> is gone

really i don't care for my money but my data !!

but even that he didn't refund any of my money

he didn't answer to my ticket

hmm.... there a few threads in this forums regarding them after the change of the management, i wonder why did you move to any other reliable provider.

well now i guess you should stop expecting any good news from them i month is too much to wait for a provider to respond for his service. it ll be better to purchase a new one from reliable solid provider

this advice for every one :

don't buy any cheap server or hosting from any webhosting site

buy the highest price from the best webhosting company

if you choose the cheapest you will los much

trust me
