can someone please confirm whether you can connect your servers at ecatel ? except their home page nothing working on my side not even noc / support pages

I can connect to their noc page, but I can not connect to their network monitoring page they have on their main page. Looking like a pretty bad outage.

just saw their mail in my spam folder about some emergency maintenance with 2 hour window , already 5 hours gone
