We are aware that some of our servers and our own site are down. These are servers in the Texas datacenter.

there is a major issue with the fiber interconnections at the datacenter that is being worked by vendor support team now. right now there are more questions than answers as multiple redundancies on our part and theirs have failed due to links flapping to an extreme and will be analyzed after the matter is resolved fully.

We've kept our twitter and own forums updated throughout the time.

Should be up now don't have final word yet on it but been up for longer than at any one point without packetloss since the start.

no we are up and going there was a server isolated issue only.
