hello, My vps TMZ-1536 on node NLmanaged1 is down , but I only used 1days, what happens, Your tmzvps.com can not open also. please reply fast!

Mybe vps node have problem, My vps is down, I can not boot it, I has been pm them

We are still looking into why your VPS is down. I have 2 admins working on your situation.

Once we find out whats going on I will PM you and I will have an admin reply to your ticket, and you will be compensated for the downtime.

Everything should be back up. You opened a thread, 2 minutes after PMing me and opening a support ticket.

It was not necessary as WHT is not TMZ's support desk. Let me know if everything is working on your side the way you want it to, and I will have our billing department credit your account accordingly.

OK, I will contact you or submit ticket to TMZ support direct, why i post to here because i only used 1 days vps server is down!

I understand also, but next time god forbid something happens, please open a support ticket and someone will get right on it. We have 24/7 support so issues are dealt with quickly.
