This is not an outage, this is limited to a select few containers of which the owners will be receiving replies / e-mails shortly.

Kind Regards,
Bret

Ok... shortly?
At 18:26 i get answer from support via ticket (httpd cpu usage was high) why you turned off my vps (btw may-be better to turn off
httpd? not ALL vps)

At 18:49 i have answered.

AND NO ANY NEWS/ANSWERS from support. VPS is down for 30 hours+ now. And i have no idea what happend to my VPS (just 1 answer from support about problems with httpd)

Any chance that you will watch to this problem in this YEAR? "Our support team are on hand 24x7, and we promise to respond to all critical support requests in less than 15 minutes. " 30 hours not critical?

urgent vps has again problems with all websites that connect to a mysql db even if it has few mb and ram usage is max 128 these sites load like hell! and nothing is done as always ... it worked just fine yesterday but here in urgent vps it seems nothing last more than 1-2 days and problems show up again

We have placed orders for 2 brand new nodes that we expect to take delivery of and have racked / online early next week - once these are available, clients having issues will be notified and we will transfer you to these and you will receive one weeks free service to compensate. You will retain the same IP addresses and the exact same settings, all you will need to do is a quick reboot. Any further queries can be answered via our helpdesk

Everything worked fine for about 1 week

There are again problems, every website loads hell slow especially those using scripts

Check it and fix it !

Also submit ticket feature isn't working anymore ... i suppose you don't want more complaints from clients?

That's a rather absurd claim, we have no want nor need to do this - we have had tickets submitted throughout today I'm more than sure that there are currently no errors with the way the billing areas is functioning. This morning we experienced some packet loss but we've been monitoring for the past 5 hours and we can no longer see any network issues. If you're experiencing other issues, please submit a ticket to our helpdesk.
